1. Trust Details & Jurisdiction
People Peace Foundation is a registered charitable trust operating under the Indian Trusts Act, with registered headquarters at 39/2, Tagore Colony, Near Bhairav Mandir, Gwarighat Road, Gwarighat, Jabalpur - 482008, Madhya Pradesh (Registration: PPF/REG/TRUST/2014/ND-9812). All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh.
2. Donation Policy & Section 80G Statutory Disclosure
All online contributions made through our digital channels are strictly voluntary donations applied directly towards animal rescue, veterinary medical surgeries, animal food, ambulance logistics, and sanctuary shelter upkeep.
Statutory Tax Advisory Note:
If People Peace Foundation holds valid approval under Section 80G, eligible donations may qualify for an applicable income-tax deduction subject to the conditions, category, limits and documentation prescribed under applicable law. Eligibility and deduction percentage depend on the foundation's applicable 80G approval.
Donation certificates / Form 10BE, where applicable, will be provided in accordance with applicable tax and reporting requirements. Cash donations above ₹2,000 are not eligible for Section 80G deduction. Digital payment methods are preferred for donation records.
3. Rescue Helpline & Ambulance Service Protocol
Our 24x7 helpline (+91 97559 01233) is an emergency resource for distressed, injured, or abandoned animals. Submitting a complaint or calling our helpline does not guarantee immediate vehicle dispatch if all ambulances are engaged in active life-saving trauma triage. We prioritize severe hemorrhaging, highway vehicular collisions, and immobilized animals.
4. Sanctuary Visitor Code of Conduct
Visitors to our shelter grounds must respect animal safety protocols. Feeding outside food without veterinary clearance is strictly forbidden. Children must be supervised at all times. Photography is permitted for non-commercial documentation only.
