Our patron members form the foundational pillars of stewardship, ethical oversight, and sustainable growth for People Peace Foundation.
1. Preamble & Honorary Status
Patron Members of People Peace Foundation are recognized guardians whose dedication, guidance, and financial support ensure that our rescue infrastructure remains resilient, transparent, and capable of saving lives around the clock.
Patron status is an honorary stewardship role reflecting an enduring personal commitment to animal rights, compassionate community coexistence, and ethical non-profit governance.
2. Core Responsibilities & Expectations
- Advocacy for Humane Treatment: Serve as an ambassador for ethical treatment of stray and companion animals in their residential societies, workplaces, and public forums.
- Governance & Advisory Participation: Provide counsel and feedback during Annual Patron Conventions regarding shelter improvements, veterinary medical acquisitions, and emergency relief expansion.
- Ethical Conduct & Non-Commercial Alignment: Maintain strict alignment with non-profit, non-commercial animal protection values. Patron credentials may not be used for personal commercial endorsements.
- Community Grievance Mediation: Where appropriate, assist foundation field teams in peacefully resolving neighborhood dog-feeding disputes using established Supreme Court and AWBI circulars.
3. Patron Rights & Entitlements
Patron members have the right to inspect audited annual balance sheets, receive quarterly rescue logs, attend foundational advisory assemblies, and visit sanctuary facilities without prior appointment during regular visiting hours.
